By submitting or shipping your supplies, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

Guidelines Regarding Items Purchased

All items sold must arrive sealed, unopened, and in original packaging. Items must be in mint or slightly dinged condition. Damaged products will not be accepted. "Damage" includes, but is not limited to: opened, crushed, scratched, dented, torn, expired, stained, cut, water-damaged, or marked with ink.

All items must meet minimum expiration date requirements. Expired products will not be accepted.

All items must include all original contents from the manufacturer. Any items that have been tampered with will not be accepted.

Do not remove labels from boxes. Damaged packaging may result in rejection.

Only products listed on our website are accepted. Items not listed will not be purchased.

Guidelines Regarding Shipment

All supplies must be packaged carefully and securely. Items damaged during shipping will not be accepted.

Each shipment must use a valid, newly issued shipping label. Labels cannot be reused. Any postage due or return fees caused by incorrect shipping will be the responsibility of the seller.

Shipping must match the carrier and packaging requirements. Any issues resulting from incorrect label usage will be the responsibility of the seller.

Ownership

By selling, you confirm that you legally own the items and have the right to sell them.

Items must not be obtained through Medicare, Medicaid, VA, or any government or insurance program.

You agree that your items were obtained and sold in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Final Sale Policy

Once items are received and processed, ownership transfers and items cannot be returned.

Rights We Reserve

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time and to reject any items that do not meet our requirements.

It is the seller's responsibility to provide accurate payment information. We are not responsible for payments sent to incorrect accounts due to user error.

Returns

If items do not meet these terms, return shipping is the responsibility of the seller.

Return requests must be made within 3 business days of rejection notice.

If no return request is made within that time, items may be discarded.

All rejection notifications are sent via email. Please check your spam or junk folder to ensure delivery.
